Room Booking Requirements

Guaranteed Payment Room

Reservations must be accepted by the hotel before arrival as a guarantee of room rent. For group bookings, payment must be received by the hotel no later than 2 (two) weeks before arrival.

Unsecured bookings will only be valid until 14.00 WIB from the time of arrival 2 (two) weeks prior to arrival for group bookings.

Cancellation

Without Cancellation and Amendment

Hotel Alma does not accept booking cancellations and schedule changes. Fees paid will not be refunded.

Not Present

If the visitor does not attend the confirmed time, the fee will still be charged accordingly with applicable provisions.

General Requirements

Room rates will change every December 30-31 (new year’s eve price). Room rates include buffet breakfast for 2 (two) people per room. Time for check-in is 14.00 WIB and check-out at 12.00 WIB. Only married couples are accepted to stay in the same room. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge to stay with both parents in the same room. transportation for picking up visitors to the airport is not provided by the hotel.
